A confident person also uses body language in the same way as the confident. They may glance away from the person they are talking to, or look down at their feet when conversing with someone who appears to be taking them for granted.

Do you feel like you were able to accomplish just about anything you put your mind to? Well, you are feeling confident. In fact, you may have unconsciously said this while speaking and actions speak louder than words ever could.

An action step to learn how to be more confident is to look at your biological motion. What is it that gives you the sense of confidence that you are looking at? If it is your biological motion then you need to do something to change that.

One great tip is to look like you have confidence. If you look like you slouch, or have poor posture, or have your hands behind your back, you may have lost that confident feeling that was there before. You can change your body language and look like a million dollars with very little effort.
